LCM Leadership Retreat

On January 13th and 14th this year's LCM Leadership Team met to get to know one another better, compose a plan of action for the direction we want LCM to go this coming year, and have a little fun as well. Apart from the more administrative tasks of composing agendas and rewriting purpose statements, we talked at length about our personal lives, our strengths, and our weakness so that we could get an idea of what each person brings to the table. After taking a short break on Saturday to attend the Clemson Football National Championship celebration, we got back to work. On Sunday morning we were installed as Officers at the 11:00 am church service.
