Fall 2024 - Spring 2025
Tubing down the Saluda River, Fall Retreat at Lutheridge, hiking on the weekends, day trips to Greenville, spring break in Germany...check out our calendar below to see what we're up to!
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS Our primary gathering throughout the year is a meal on Wednesday nights at 6:00p. Most weeks we'll host a program or activity after dinner. We'll eat in the Fellowship Hall upstairs! To-go meals will be available as well. If you want, meet at the LCM Lounge before dinner on Wednesdays to hang out a bit. And come hungry! |
SUNDAY WORSHIP University Lutheran Church offers two different worship opportunities each week: 9:00a and 11:00a. Most students sleep in and attend the 11:00a service. We try to get lunch together afterwards, too, if you have some time before you finish up your homework for the week. If you want to see what worship at University Lutheran is like, just click here to see some of the recorded services on Facebook. |
OTHER HAPPENINGS
Grace Gang Coffee Group: Tuesdays at 7:00p in the Lounge, Starting Sept. 3 Student-led devotions, drinks/treats from Grace Coffee downtown, highs & lows, meaningful conversations about life and faith. This is a great chance to meet some other students and find out how to love and support one another! Retreats We have a Fall retreat each year. We've been going to Lutheridge and spending the weekend in the mountains - usually one of the first football-free weekends in the semester. We have also been involved with regional retreats in the past. These are a great chance to meet students from other schools, who are also involved in campus ministry. Spring Break Trip Each year a group of us will travel together for spring break. Recently we've been to Washington, D.C. and Germany. These trips are usually rooted in a desire for service-learning. Stay tuned to hear about our plans for this spring! What else? Hikes, ice cream nights, lunch on campus, sporting events, day trips, etc. Check out our calendar to see what else we have going on. And get a friend to add you to the GroupMe chat so that you can stay up to date! |
